Space-Saving Full Murphy Bed with Cabinet

Make room for living by day and restful sleep at night with this full-size Murphy bed and cabinet. A dual-piston lift folds the bed down smoothly and tucks it away when not in use. Flexible slats support the mattress, while the steel frame and laminated engineered-wood cabinet create a sturdy, clean-lined fit for a home office, guest room, or living space. Brushed-nickel hardware and adjustable leg levelers complete the look.

The bed fits most standard full mattresses measuring 54 x 75 inches and 8–10 inches thick. Mattress is not included; use a mattress weighing 60–90 lb, without a box spring or futon. A mattress strap helps keep it secure when folded. Maximum supported weight is 1,000 lb, including the mattress.

For safe, stable use, attach the bed to both the floor and wall structure. Installation requires fastening to wood studs or masonry, removing the baseboard, and drilling into the floor; hardware is included. Two people are required for assembly, and installation should be completed by a qualified person. The anchoring wall must have a minimum ceiling height of 83 inches. When open, the bed extends 86.2 inches from the wall. Do not use for children or pets under 50 lb.
